About

BookMy.Photography is a cloud based booking and shoot management system for photographers - no software to download or install - manage everything from your web browser or mobile device.

Clients can book shoots using the live availability calendar - you can specify "days off", periods which you are not available (eg. holidays), set how long shoots take and if you want to leave a period of time free afterwards or before for preparation work.

Shoots are managed through the system, which includes many features like specifying if you would like a deposit up front to secure a shoot and viewing your up to date schedule at any time. All the details will be emailed to your client. After the shoot, you can securely upload the photographs for your clients to choose which they would like to keep.

You can create custom addons to your shoots - purchase a printed or framed version of one of the photos from a shoot - and set the price of the addon.

Our entire system is designed to be responsive - which is a short "techy" way of saying "the website works on your PC or Mobile device" so you can access it anywhere with an internet connection.


Image Hosting
When the photos are ready to share with your client - for proofing or choosing which to keep - you can upload them directly to required shoot for your clients to view.


Take Payments
Link a GoCardless account to your BookMy.Photography account to accept deposits and payments for your photography shoots - Transaction fees are 1% capped at £2.00 - Learn more about GoCardless

Real Time Monitoring
Our entire network of servers is monitored in Real Time, everything from CPU usage to Network usage.

We are notified automatically of any potential issues so we can start to act before it becomes a problem.


Intelligently Load Balanced
Our load balancers use the Real Time Monitoring data to constantly identify which servers on our network is doing the least amount of work at any given time. The load balancer will then direct your request to that server so you get the best service possible.


Scalable
Deploying a new server onto our network typically takes less than 5 minutes.
